Ai-driven

How can we financially afford to donate our realtors' time and commissions? Ten years ago, a realtor's role demanded extensive hands-on effort. Today, those tasks have become highly standardized and repetitive—perfect for automation.

We created an AI and predictive modeling 'robo-realtor' software that handles the bulk of the repetitive work including client onboarding, market analysis, data entry, strategy, pricing optimization, buyer screening, scheduling, contract negotiations, paperwork, communications and more. This allows one human realtor to deliver the productivity of an entire office of realtors. With only one or two salaried human realtors needed per office (plus minimal overhead), we cover operating costs from donations, grants and co-working offices. 

This structure lets us fully donate the services of our human realtors to our clients. It's a sustainable, mission-driven model: technology unlocks massive efficiency gains, nonprofit status aligns partnerships with our housing affordability mandate, and support from our clients and corporate partners keeps it all going.
