Step Two

In our portal, you'll see our custom market analysis report designed specifically to help you set your sale price. We recommend starting on the high end of what you think your home is worth. 

Step Three

Our photographer then completes a photo shoot of your home for marketing purposes. 

Step Four

Your home is now posted in the MLS, Realtor.com®, Zillow® and Homes.com® and many other homebuyer website. 

Step Five

We now schedule times with only qualified buyers to tour your home.

Step Six

Once we determine the buyer with the highest and best offer, we complete the paperwork to successfully complete your home sale.

Step Seven

Time to break out the bubbly! Team Kevin has closed the sale of your home and your sale proceeds have been sent to you via check or bank wire. You can count on Team Kevin for professional representation.
