In our portal, you'll see our custom market analysis report designed specifically to help you set your sale price. We recommend starting on the high end of what you think your home is worth. 

Step Three

Our photographer then completes a photo shoot of your home for marketing in the MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com and other top sites.

Step Four

Your home is now online for all homebuyers to see.

Step Five

We now schedule tours for pre-qualified buyers to tour your home. This eliminates 'window shoppers' who waste your time.

Step Six

Once we determine the buyer with the highest and best offer, your Rightly agent completes all the paperwork needed to successfully close your home sale.

Step Seven

Time to break out the bubbly! Team Kevin has successfully closed the sale of your home and your sale proceeds have been sent to you via bank check or wired to you. Congratulations!
