If you can show your home to Rightly pre-screened buyers (buyers that can actually afford to purchase your home) your Rightly realtor will donate their time and commission to you. In other words, our professional representation is at no-charge to you. Here's an overview of the services you'll receive:  

  • Initial strategy call with your agent.
  • A professional photo shoot of your home.
  • Your home goes in the MLS, Realtor.com, Zillow, Homes.com, etc.
  • All contracts & forms are completed for you.
  • All of your questions are answered.
  • Your home sale is professionally managed until completion.

This is all you need to successfully sell your home for the price you want and if you're not 100% satisfied with our  service or performance, you can cancel our listing agreement at any time, for any reason, with no penalty and no catches.

No Obligation

Rightly derives revenue from leasing office space in our coworking locations instead of charging big commissions. This paradigm shift on how to operate a real estate brokerage moves the needle on making housing more affordable nationwide for everyone.  Those participating in our coworking locations often provide services that our home selling and buying clients already need, creating synergy for all involved. While coworking revenue is not as profitable as charging a large realtor commission, it's enough for Rightly to keep providing our amazing services to consumers at no cost.
 
IMPORTANT: You are under no obligation to purchase any 3rd party service to receive Rightly's no cost brokerage services.   Rightly does not receive referral fees from 3rd party providers.
