Step Two

Give us an idea of the type of home you want and locations.

Step Three

We provide you with a custom report of available homes for sale that meet your requirements and you can also shop on Realtor.com or other popular homebuying website.

Step Four

After reviewing all the homes that meet your requirements, tell us which ones you'd like to tour and we'll schedule tour times based on your schedule.

Step Five

After you complete your home tours, we'll help you determine the best one for your needs and then draft the purchase contract to present to the seller.

Step Six

Once all parties have agreed to the sale terms, we manage all the paperwork to complete your purchase.

Step Seven

Time to break out the bubbly! Your home purchase is complete. Congratulations!
