Rightly Realty is the nation's first and only 501(c)(3) nonprofit real estate brokerage, fully licensed to operate in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. 

Our mandate is to make housing more accessible and affordable by donating our full-service, highly experienced team of realtors—Team Kevin—to our clients. Whether the home you are selling or buying is $50,000 or $50,000,000 –Rightly charges you zero commission, zero fees, with no obligations.

Rightly is a strong supporter of  community banks and credit unions who share our vision of fostering prosperity in neighborhoods nationwide and boosting charitable contributions within those communities. How can we financially afford to donate our realtors' time and commissions? Ten years ago, a realtor's role demanded extensive hands-on effort. Today, those tasks have become highly standardized and repetitive—perfect for automation.

We created an AI and predictive modeling 'robo-realtor' software that handles the bulk of the repetitive work including client onboarding, market analysis, data entry, strategy, pricing optimization, buyer screening, scheduling, contract negotiations, paperwork, communications and more. This allows one human realtor to deliver the productivity of an entire office of realtors. With only one or two salaried human realtors needed per office (plus minimal overhead), we cover operating costs from donations, grants and co-working offices. 

This structure lets us fully donate the services of our human realtors to our clients. It's a sustainable, mission-driven model: technology unlocks massive efficiency gains, nonprofit status aligns partnerships with our housing affordability mandate, and support from our clients and corporate partners keeps it all going.

We're so confident you'll love using Rightly, that your listing agreement includes a bold, ironclad guarantee: If you're not 100% satisfied at any point working with your Rightly realtor, you can cancel your listing agreement for any reason, no penalties, no questions asked.
