Rightly donates 100% of any commission we earn back to our client in the form of a large check after the closing of your purchase. The amount is usually in the thousands, tens of thousands, even hundreds of thousands of dollars depending on the purchase price. No other brokerage does this and your money is tax free! (Always check with your tax professional.)

If we earn no buyer's agent commission, we still represent you at no cost, or $1 if rules in your area require some fee. There are also other creative strategies we can deploy on your behalf.

Our goal is simple: help you find the right home in the shortest possible time and position your offer so it has the best chance of acceptance by the seller.
