We represent clients in the sale or purchase of a home, regardless of price, for zero commission, zero fees, and no catches in order to fulfill our mission of making housing more affordable.

We also partner with Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) such as community banks and credit unions to support a transition of banking from Wall Street back to Main Street.

Reaching #1 in CA was accomplished not by being 'better' than other realtors but by guarantying the highest possible sales price and that Rightly will donate their entire 6% commission and realtors' time to the client so their commission savings could be donated to the charity of their choice. Also, that there was no locked-in period for the listing agreement, so a client can cancel with Rightly at any time, for any reason, no questions asked if not 100% satisfied.

Robo-Realtor

How can we financially donate our realtors' time and commissions? Ten years ago, a realtor's role demanded extensive hands-on effort per transaction. Today, those tasks have become highly standardized and repetitive—perfect for automation.

That's why we helped create AI and predictive modeling 'robo-realtor' software. It handles the bulk of the repetitive work—market analysis, MLS entry, pricing optimization, listing prep, buyer screening, scheduling, contract negotiations, paperwork, communications and more—allowing one human realtor to focus on customer service and deliver the productivity of an entire office of realtors. With only one or two salaried human realtor needed per office (plus minimal overhead), we cover operating costs from donations and co-working offices. No commission or fee required from our home selling and buying clients.

This structure lets us fully donate our realtors' time and commissions back to consumers. It's a sustainable, mission-driven model: technology unlocks massive efficiency gains, nonprofit status aligns incentives with our affordability mission, and support from clients and corporate partners keeps it all going.

We're so confident you'll love using Rightly, that your listing agreement includes a bold, ironclad guarantee: If you're not 100% satisfied at any point working with your Rightly realtor, you can cancel your listing agreement for any reason, no penalties, no questions asked. It's all right there in writing, alongside confirmation of our 100% free-to-use realtor.
